#4 Meshayla...Yes, I messed with her hair a bit, it was pretty reveling!
#5 Jeanne and Jana :*) !!! Nov 1979--Jana 1 week.
#6 Derek And the hair really throws it off. It was actually dark, but I guess because he didn't have very much of it, the light caught it with the flash. Also the first one was taken right after he was born & dressed, so very newborn. The 2nd is 3 days old.
Here you go, you can guess away! We'll see how well my kids know their siblings.....I have a hard time thinking it's going to be too difficult.....I had a terrible time when I looked at them trying to find something they might have a hard time figuring out. There are very few pictures that I can't tell. To me my kids all have very distinctive features, but maybe it's just because I know them all so well!
For the rest of you, well enjoy the oldies :*)
(P.S. The third one was taken by someone else when I left my kids in the "care" of my husband....!!!!)

here goes an "outsider' throwing her 2 cents in..I've never met any of you. I must say Pic #6(bottem R) looks like your husband and Ryan in previous post looks just like him, so I say it's Ryan. Mr Mustard did it in the study with a candlestick kind of deduction! :)

Of course the black and white doesn't help any because then we can't see how "current" the colors are! LOL!

ReplyDeleteYes, lol! They're all our kids! (my kids here keep insisting that #6 is a Keough!) That one is kind of hard because that baby's hair was not that color. I've never been able to figure out why it looks like that.

Remember I was only a year and 3 months when Nish was born and it looks like that kid is older...course maybe the baby isn't a "baby" either. LJ
hey Nish, I am with you there...but take it one step further and have them be photos of all the J babies that OTHER people took of them....as in from their collections of pictures....thismiddleANT and thelittleANT could help out on that especially the earlier ones!!!

oh, and btw....the #3 I think I took for you....I sortof recognize the carpet from our first house...about 1980-81. I am sure that I combed their hair etc etc after the daddy brought them over!Even tho i did not have kids yet, i must have thought you should have a picture to help you realize how needed you were!

Derek was my first thought on # 6 because of the face but the lighter looking hair totally threw me!

I didn't think Shays hair was too revealing....
ReplyDeleteI was saying Shayla on that one but Floyd said Nisha so I put that although I know good and well Nisha never wore her hair like that at that age. We were still on the two braid thing then. Jana and I in the rocking chair I would have got except that I thought that was someone with a dress on behind us instead of the chair cushon. It looked like Ryan's fingures though.

ReplyDeleteThe one with meshayla I remembered seeing before and was trying for the life of me remember who it was standing beside her. I don't know why I didn't even think about the one of Jeanne and baby Jana being them! Maybe cause there was already one of Jana as a baby and one of the 2 of them when they were little
