How beautiful in memory
To see them all again.
I doubt that I can convey why the visit from our friends last week was so special, but here's a little glimpse into the past.

Now you all (if anyone actually reads my blog anyway...) will have to wait a while for the next post. Tomorrow I'm going out of town with some girl-friends for a 2 days scrap, we're going to stay at a B&B tomorrow night & eat at a "really cool" place on Saturday. Maybe (?) I'll get pictures...I've realized it's not good to promise things on my blog! LOL!!
Leon's been gone on jobs all week long, & I'm in severe need of some kid-free time, although the thought of them home without me & him "in-charge" is enough to make me quite nervous. NOT that he has a problem with it mind you, but...well just watch THIS and you might get an idea of what I'm referring to. He very much fits the mold!
It says we need to be invited to see it! You might have to make it public before we can view it on here...
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'll see what I can change
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post! I so understand your excitement to see such good friends. I miss my friends that we used to live close to. Its so wonderful to see them. Have a good weekend scrapping too.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the week-end.
ReplyDeletehope you had fun! i could use a break too, but i'm too far behind right now to give myself one. would love to see any photos you got of your wknd.
ReplyDeletesounds like a complete blast. what a hoot of a video. very much matches the thing happening here as well. i like that "nothing" box scenario!!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your scrapbook pages. I looked at everyone of them. Hope you had a great weekend. I spent today working on a layout for our new store. We are moving one of our stores to a location 20 minutes closer and hopefully a lot busier.
ReplyDeleteOh Maxine--you made me cry! Where did you come up with all those special pictures?!
ReplyDeleteJudy, I was amazed too at all the pictures I had over the years. We really didn't see them that often, but guess I DID get pictures of the times! Wish I had more of the *short* time they lived in Kearney!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the trip down memory lane! Mom and Dad really enjoyed their visit, wish we could have tagged along. Those are neat pictures of Keith - we try to treasure every memory. Thanks for sharing yours with us!
