The "funnest" birthdays last all week


At least if you're "this" old!
Thanks to all of you for all of your funny, sarcastic, humorous, rude, ribbing, lovely and kind messages to me!! After all, when you're as old as I am, you need all the help you can get!
Yesterday I went with my sister to take her kids to the airport to fly to see their dad for the summer, so we did some shopping in "the big city", and when I got home it was fun to be greeted with 2 birthday packages waiting for me.
Thank you Raimie!!! I honestly was SO SURPRISED (and you know how hard that is) when I opened the box to find the darling Longaberger star dishes I'd been drooling over!
and Thank you Diane!!! I LOVE the shirt. It's a perfect fit, and is "so me"
Sandi, I forgot to put the gift card on my other picture. Thank you again so much!!! I'm looking forward to a birthday meal out next week. (Stretch it out a little longer!)
So, here's the end of the birthday posts ( for me that is.)
Next coming up....Relyssa got her 3rd degree Black Belt!!
Oh yes, and HAPPY 4th OF JULY!! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND WHEREVER YOU ARE, WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING!! (Thanks Jim!)

    Stretching birthdays out is always fun :P Hope your 4th was great, I know mine was! Busy day...parade, talent show, work, fireworks...got to catch up with one of my high school friends...and it ended with a phone call from your son ;)

    Glad you and I now have matching shirts. They are so we! Glad you had a great one. We had a huge holiday weekend without the kids. I don't know if I will have time to post to the blog. I have just a little time to get stuff done here at home so I can work the store while they are in Texas. Dales mom is going to take the kids for one of the weeks that they are gone.
