Our happy day and the beautiful bride

I'm home, unpacked, cleaned house, repacked & off to convention.
Enjoy the pictures, I'll probably post a link to photobucket with the others later. These were a very quick pull from a huge selection!
And, we were walking up the isle to "I loved you first"...it was a little teary!
The wedding was at the park in the community building. A very nice room. We did minimal decorating here. Curtains on the front windows & fireplace besides the front flowers!

The flower girls are our grandaughters, Jessi (2) in red, Kyrie (3)in pink, my great niece Felicity (4) in blue & a little friend Rebecca (3) in green.

Floyd's brother Doug wrote the song that Mark, my sis (Gay), Niece (Raimie), Daughter (Jana) and S-I-L (Jim) sang. The elder of their meeting Mr. Harold P. married them.

Ushers in Red, Cody, Our sons Derek & Ryan, Groom's attendents, Doug & Jim.

Jeanne's girls were her sis Jana & best friend Renee.

Parents...
And yes, now you can see my dress... LOL!!

  1. Finally!!! ;) Enjoy your convention. It's fun to finally see your mother-of-the-bride dress. Very nice. And I'll admit... seeing Rebecca as a flower girl made me a little teary eyed. We miss them SO much!!!

  2. Lani-I had to post the FG pix especially for you to see...She was a doll, and loved every minute! The one of her walking with the girls makes ME teary!!

**I wish the detail showed up on my dress. It had tucks & lace. Silk. I was very happy with it :*)
Incidentally, I found it new on e-bay...B-I-N...$29, free shipping. It was sleeveless, I put the sleeves in it. Reminent, $1.50.

  3. Yes, I love the MIL dress! The pictures are excellent. My all time favorite is the one of Jeanne sitting and Floyd kneeling behind her. Have great days! We will be in Conv. this weekend--just I and the kids as Wayne will be in Germany!

  8. Wow beautiful picts mom. I did have darling flower girls didn't I. I wish I could have gotten a seperate pict with each of them. Jim is your S-I-L or my BIL not a SIL. Have a great convention. Will be thinking of you all. I think we could probably post the words to the song at least. Uncle Patrick may have taped it in which case we could probably put it on as one of the music peaces on the blog.

  20. Maxine, excellant job on finding the dress. It is fabulous. I love ebay. I have over a 50 rating on shopping. Not really any rating for selling. You can see how I use ebay. :) Right now I working on getting some soccer shoes there. The wedding looked awesome we are so happy for Jeannie and Floyd.
