Not to be outdone by her sister, Kara made an apron for her first sewing project. It ended up quite complicated for a little beginner, but she was quite persistent, and stuck with it, ripping seams out several times to re-do them.
Since the kids are going to be at my mom's this week while I'm gone, I don't see any problem with keeping them occupied.....? both girls should have a new wardrobe by the time I get back, don't you think?!

Alice in Wonderland Musical Production

The middle school swing choir put on Alice in Wonderland. This is Meshayla's first time on-stage experience. They did a great job!

These were taken on my sisters wedding day 2 weeks ago. My daughter and I worked on flowers, made the cake & helped with alot of other things, here we are helping my sister with her hair that morning

Relyssa brought this home from school, "Foods class" today

Kaela brought this home, Guess it was a "Food-Art" project, but it sure was good!

Kaela's been intrigued with the idea of sewing for some time now, so Grandma decided she might as well learn how! Here's the project she started out on. (pattern pinned & cut out by herself first!) G'ma taught her to thread the machine too!
