January 22 was our 33rd anniversary. I have very few pictures of our wedding day, and what I have are very poor quality. I've never had much inspiration to scrapbook them, so they've sat for all these years. Since we've had two of our kids get married this last month, and plenty of pictures to take, edit & scrapbook along with the fact that the digital scrapbooking bug has bit me pretty good; I spent the last two days scrapbooking our wedding photos.
I'm really bummed because the scrap-blog site I use has not been working right, and I could not get the whole book to open like it should, so I've finally given up and downloaded the pages & posted them individual. Because of the amount of pages, I'm posting them small. To see them better you can click on each page to enlarge them.
Ah, the memories. You guys look so young. But, we didn't think so at the time, did we? Love you both and wish for you always the very best!!
ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely-glad you got this done for yourself. I scrapped our wedding last winter!
ReplyDeleteAin't love GRAND?!!! I smiled the whole time I was looking at these...a trip back in time. Not sure I've got the nerve to do this! Mimisusan

Thanks for posting these, it sure
was a 'trip back in time' for me also.
Is this really so....these look like the "olden days" pix!! :) How did we get here so fast???!! Love it!! Wanna do mine?? :) Where did you get married? Luv ya! Lorna
ReplyDeleteYou do look so young!! What memories though! I think your youngest son looks just like his Dad did years ago!
ReplyDeleteoh wow, oh wow, oh wow. You seriously inspire me! Your pages are great, what an accomplishment! Great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo book, Maxine. How in the world have you found time to do that with all you've had going on?? Amazing. Anyhow... 33 years is just as amazing!
ReplyDeleteOk, HOW in the world is it that you never told us that you had that hymn sang at your wedding too????
ReplyDeleteLynisha, I had actually forgot. We didn't have any programs or anything, and didn't have it wrote down. I do remember talking about it after your wedding, then totally forgot again & after Mark & Relyssa had the same one as you, I started thinking about it again. When Ryan & Alishia choose the same one, I went & pulled out the old hymn book & looked it up!! Yes, the same one!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing Maxine. You are so multi-talented. Love the hymn you picked to have sung at your wedding....so appropriate.
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are so sweet:-)You did a great job on your scrapbook!
ReplyDeleteohh...it made me smile looking at this - isn't it wonderful looking back at your wedding pictures! My Mom (Mimisusan's sister) looked at your post and said "that took me back to our wedding". Same length of dress; same cake, punch & mints, same overall look. Congratulations on 33 years of wedded bliss!
