More "oldies" for my weekly picture, and I'll finish up with them next week. I was going to do them all this week, but my kids are all gone for 4 days, and I'm trying to accomplish huge amounts of things without them coming along behind me making a mess.Anyway, here's the start of them.

What a fun walk down memory lane...now go work on that house! ;)
ReplyDeleteYour half way thru, and I just started this challenge :)
ReplyDeleteLove looking back at pictures!
Wow...those are some fun pictures! Can't say that I have ever seen someone take a picture on a cow...but then again, I was not raised on a farm! Oh' the fun you must of had!!
ReplyDeletehaha! Darcie, I wasn't raised on a farm either, & my grandparents lived in town. However he was on the edge of town, and he liked to experiment with raising different animals! Along with the chickens which they always had, and this cow, he also at different times had goats & lambs.
ReplyDeleteI love all your pictures and you are SO organized. I would say you have lived a full life so far. Loved catching up on your posts down below too. Looks like special days together!
ReplyDeleteThose are great pictures! Loved looking at them!
ReplyDeletelove the photos!
ReplyDeletewow! that was really a neat post! so many great pictures. Loved the one of you riding the calf/steer. Many great pictures!
ReplyDeleteThese are all special but I really like the one with your little ones with hints of red and the one of your first birthday. How blessed you are...six babies by your 26th birthday... most women today are still trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up on their 26th birthday.
ReplyDeleteLoved the picts. Now if I didn't have glasses I would look like that I do believe.
ReplyDeleteWow, those were great pictures!!!!!! Love the b&w's!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how much Heidi looks like G'ma 'Cilla in the first picture! Just think, I'm 26 and could have had 6 kids by now!
ReplyDeleteGreat collection of pictures, Maxine. The years go so fast! Those little snapshots of our lives taken before our memories kick in are precious... I can remember being ten, but sitting in a high chair? Can't' remember that. :) I loved these.
ReplyDeleteNeat pictures....thanks for posting them! :D
ReplyDeleteGrandma looks SO young! - Heidi
ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed seeing those pictures! You are a dear friend!
ReplyDeleteI loved the glimpse of your life. I had a steer that I used to ride. It was really hard on me when he became dinner. I wasn't a very good farm girl, because I made pets out of everything and when you live on the farm, pets can become dinner. And the ones that don't, they wound up getting killed on the road or in the field by equipment. It was a dangerous life for farm animals.
